This page is maintained by WeGrow, a Katexs company, to answer common questions about how we handle your data on the platform.
Account details you provide (name, email, role), profile information you add, project content you submit (requests, files, messages), and standard technical logs needed to run the product.
To create your AI-generated plan, match you with specialists, run your project workspace, process payments, and improve WeGrow. We do not sell your data.
Prompts and project content may be processed by AI providers to generate plans and power the AI Project Manager. We only send what's needed for the requested feature.
Payment handling is performed by our payment processor. WeGrow does not store full card numbers.
You can update or delete your account data from Settings. Some records (invoices, dispute history) may be retained where required.
Privacy questions can be sent via the Contact page. We'll route them to the WeGrow team.
