03Quality & Availability
AI workers depend on your device, internet or cellular connection, and third-party AI, telephony and infrastructure services. Call quality, latency and accuracy can vary. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
04Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account.
05Payment
Fees are billed according to your selected plan. Refunds are handled case by case.
06Acceptable Use
Don't use WeGrow for spam, illegal calls or messages, or anything that breaks telemarketing or privacy laws.
07Limitation of Liability
WeGrow is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from using the platform.
08Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
09Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
10Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the changes.
