These are the standards behind every WeGrow project. They apply to clients, specialists, and WeGrow ops.
The AI-generated plan is the contract. If scope needs to change, re-plan with the client through the workspace before doing extra work.
All project communication stays inside WeGrow. This protects both sides and gives WeGrow ops the full context if support is needed.
Skills, tools, portfolio items, and past work must be your own. Misrepresentation is grounds for removal.
Client data, files, and prompts shared in a project are confidential. Do not reuse them for other clients without written permission.
All payments go through WeGrow escrow. Moving payment off-platform removes protection for both sides and violates our terms.
Harassment, discrimination, and abusive language are not tolerated — from clients or from specialists.
